Performance Overview:
The HD-WAM-TZ product is mainly used for lightning strike count collection, surge protector remote signaling status collection and various signal switch quantity collection. It provides screen alarm and indicator alarm on site, and then realizes long-distance transmission through wired RS485 or wireless LoRa. The HD-WAM-R is the receiving host, matched with the HD-WAM-TZ. With multiple matching combinations, a maximum combination of one host with 8 sub-units can be achieved. When the host receives fault alarm information sent by the lightning strike collector, it can provide an audible warning. The detection modules are paired and debugged before leaving the factory, making on-site installation and use convenient and maintenance simple.

Installation Method:
First fix the lightning strike counter next to the surge protector, and lead 2 signal wires from the normally open terminal of the surge protector remote signaling alarm to the counter (1-2) terminal; then sleeve the lightning strike sensor of the counter on the earthing wire of the surge protector, and connect the sensor lead wire to the counter (3-4) terminal; from the counter (A-B) RS485 signal terminal, lead 2 signal wires to the corresponding port of the device that needs to receive the counter data; when the device is powered on and data displays normally, the installation is complete.
